If you buy as an individual, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason: write to us with your order number and send the lot back within the following 14 days, complete and as you received it. Return shipping is on you unless the error is ours, and we refund the order, standard shipping included, within 14 days of receiving the lot.
If you buy as a business, we accept returns for transport damage, missing garments or a lot that does not match its product page. Flaws described on grade B and second-hand lots are not a reason for return, and we accept no return without prior agreement.
