Yes. It is genuine clothing bought legally; in the new lots, brands' excess inventory: end of season, collection changes and cancelled orders. Reselling it is lawful in Spain and across the EU under the exhaustion of trademark rights: once the brand has put a product on the European market, it cannot stop its resale.
