Both. Most of our customers are resellers on Vinted, Wallapop and eBay, shops and outlets, but individuals can buy a whole lot too.
Businesses: an invoice in your company's name; intra-EU orders with a VAT number valid in VIES are invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge. Returns are accepted for transport damage, missing garments or a lot that does not match its product page.
Individuals: 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason.
We sell online only, with no physical shop; orders ship from our warehouse in Barcelona.
